How does purchasing a property from your site work?
If you are ready to purchase our property, please click on the ‘Reserve Now’ button and you will be directed to another page to input your information. Our sales team will reach out to you in a few hours to go over the purchase agreement and next steps.
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?
No. We do not charge any fees at Great Land 4 Less. Our buyers only need to pay for expenses similar to a home purchase transaction. And most of the fees are charged by the title company and city/county etc.
Why are your properties cheaper?
Great question! We purchase the vacant land from motivated sellers at below-market prices through our innovative system. It allows us to sell the vacant land to our buyers at discounted prices and pass the savings on to them. This has been our mission since Great Land 4 Less was established in 2022.
Are you a real estate agent?
Our owner and sales manager hold a Nevada real estate license. However we are NOT acting in the capacity of a real estate agent unless you are purchasing a property in Nevada. Our knowledge about real estate will help ensure the transactions are handled properly and professionally.
How do I know if it is safe to buy vacant land from you?
All of our transactions will be handled by a local title and escrow company who will verify the property’s title is clear and transferrable. We will pay for a owner’s title insurance policy to protect the buyer. At closing time, the title company will ensure all documents are properly executed, funds are correctly distributed, and the transfer of ownership is officially recorded.
Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?
Absolutely. Please let us know the area, size, type and price range of the property you are looking for. And we will keep the information in our internal database. If we come across a property that fit your criteria, we will definitely reach out to you.
